Building Tech Team, LLC has provided MEP Consulting Services for projects overseas. We have assisted clients in the State of Kuwait with meeting Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria requirements, International Mechanical Code, and MEP Design Compliance. BTT helps clients identify engineering, operation, and constructability issues early on to facilitate successful projects. 





For the past few years Building Tech Team has been contracted by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to provide technical, engineering, and construction phase services for their South Texas Area Office. Building Tech Team provides personnel to support construction services which include Engineering, Total Building Commissioning, Energy Conservation, QA Inspections, Daily Reports, In-wall/Above Ceiling Inspections, Schedule Reviews, Proposal Reviews, Submittal Reviews, Preparatory Meetings, and Design Reviews.  


 


 Lackland Ambulatory Care Center

The Lackland Ambulatory Care Center is a new 681,000-square foot facility and 1,000-car parking garage. The $500MM facility houses more than 40 outpatient clinics and services.





         Reid Clinic LAFB
Reid Clinic project includes a 2 story 80,000 sqft facility that will enhance health care delivery for the 80,000 patients on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The $35.2 million project will reflect the 559th Medical Group’s mission of optimizing trainee readiness and patient-centered care through collaborative health delivery, education, training, and research.
 
 
 


      Historic Renovation B2248 Fort Sam

The historical, two-and-one-half story, red brick barracks were constructed between 1905 and 1908 from Quartermaster Plan No. 162-C. The project includes the repair and renovation of existing administrative building 2248 for the use of the Army Continuing Education Systems (ACES). The renovation will provide new classroom and administration areas



Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility

A standard Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) and Company Operations Facility (COF) complex. Project includes one vehicle maintenance facility, organizational vehicle parking, oil and hazardous waste storage, Company Operations Facilities with covered hardstand, organizational storage, building information systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (EMCS) connection

 
 



      Fort Sam Bldg 367 Historic Renovation
The facility is being reconfigured and will become part of the Resiliency Campus to be used as a wellness center which has programs that promotes healthy lifestyles. The facility encompasses approximately 19,770 square feet
